Empowering Second Chances Through Opportunity

Welcome to the Fresno Career Development Institute (FCDI)

Our Mission
FCDI is dedicated to transforming lives by providing comprehensive employment, training, and educational services to economically disadvantaged adults and high-risk youth. Our goal is to empower individuals, especially those reintegrating from incarceration, by helping them achieve self-sufficiency and meaningful employment. We believe everyone deserves a second chance to rebuild their future.

Job Training and Placement

We connect participants to high-demand industries and offer industry-specific training in fields such as solar energy, industrial technology, and more. Our partnerships with local businesses create direct pathways to meaningful employment.

Comprehensive Support

Through our wraparound services, we address individual needs—providing job readiness training, vocational education, mental health support, and substance abuse counseling—to enable personal and professional growth.

Community Partnerships

FCDI collaborates with local employers, educational institutions, community organizations, and other groups to create a support network that fosters long-term success for our participants.
